You don't have to follow all these steps or use the same exact setup as I do. So without further ado, here's the system I use to keep my music folder organized, tagged, secured, and synchronized. I figured this would help a bunch of you out. Definitely check this one out if you want to organize your tracks AND samples in separate folders based on your tags.
